Erik Mlincek is an IT leader with nineteen (19) years of professional experience, with a background in the architecture, design and delivery of strategic solutions.  His career roles include being a Programmer / Analyst, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, a Project Manager, a Solution Architect, an IT Manager, and Director.  Erik's career background includes employment as a full-time employee, an outside consultant, and an entrepreneur. 

Erik possesses a leadership focus on the on-time, on-budget delivery of projects, with an emphasis on implementing repeatable patterns of success across multiple projects, to meet business goals.  He proudly maintains a passion for technology and broad technical skill set, with a specialization in systems and software architecture, web applications, SOA and distributed systems using the .NET Framework.  He has an experience focus in the banking / financial, insurance, association / membership and manufacturing industries.
